How to Reset Pantum Printer
To request the Pantum firmware reset, download the NoChipFirmwareUpgrade program, connect the printer to your computer via USB, and click the [Get Printer ID] button. Once the ID is generated, copy and paste it into the designated field on the generator page. If you encounter any issues, please contact us. Our technical support is available Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 8pm (Brasília time), via WhatsApp or Telegram.
I Bought it, Now What?
You will get .fwr file to update the device. In the program, click “Upgrade Firmware” and select it (for example, “NoChip_XXXXXX_XXXXX_XXX.fwr”). Wait for the printer to restart.
Some printers require confirmation on the panel to start the update. If this happens, press the Start button.
P2500: wait for the LED to blink rapidly and then click the “continue/cancel” button. The LED will start blinking slowly, indicating that the update is in progress.
Attention: wait until the printer fully completes the update. Do not interrupt the process before it finishes. Make sure the power supply remains stable until the end.
