Preamble

This document establishes the Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter referred to as “Terms”, which govern the contractual relationship between the User and the company ALESSANDRO NOVAES SOUSA JUNIOR, registered under CNPJ No. 52.482.588/0001-60, operator of the online platform located at domain resetfix.com, hereinafter referred to as “ResetFix” or “Service”.

The use of the Service, including the purchase and download of any digital product, implies full, irrevocable and unrestricted acceptance of all terms set forth herein.


1. Definitions

Service: Online platform resetfix.com, including its tools, functionalities and resources aimed at generating modified firmware.
Software: Modified firmware file (“chipless”) generated by the Service, hereinafter referred to as “Software”.
User: Individual or legal entity that accesses the Service and purchases the Software.
ID: Any data or information, generated automatically or manually, used to correctly identify a device compatible with our services.


2. Object

The purpose of this Term is to make available, through the Service, customized Software that allows the User to use refilled supplies or remove messages (“blocks”) on their printing equipment, subject to correct installation of said Software.


3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

3.1. Accuracy of Information
It is the User’s sole responsibility to correctly provide the Printer ID (or other necessary data), without errors or omissions. The Software is generated automatically, specifically and irreversibly for the data provided.

3.2. Procedure Execution
The User undertakes to precisely follow all instructions, tutorials and technical recommendations provided by the Service for correct Software installation.

3.3. Restricted Use License
The Software is licensed for exclusive and non-transferable use on the equipment corresponding to the provided ID. Its reproduction, resale, distribution or sharing with third parties is expressly prohibited, in any form.

3.4. Technical Support
The User may contact ResetFix support before or after purchase, for clarifications and guidance regarding procedures. ResetFix recommends that contact be made before executing any procedure on your own, to ensure greater security and efficiency in using the Service.


4. Warranties, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

4.1. Conditional Warranty
ResetFix guarantees the Software’s functionality exclusively when the following are cumulatively met:
a) The accuracy and precision of information provided by the User;
b) Correct and complete execution of installation instructions.

4.2. Software “As Is”
The Software is provided “as is” (“as is”), without any type of warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, absence of errors or compatibility with third-party equipment or systems. The User assumes all risks related to the use of the Software.

ResetFix emphasizes that it is available to the User, before executing any procedure, to provide guidance and clarifications through available support channels.

4.3. Exclusion of Liability
ResetFix is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from:
a) Incorrect provision of Printer ID;
b) Installation failures by the User;
c) External interruptions during the process (power outage, computer failure, etc.);
d) Physical or virtual damage to equipment caused by third parties or by the User themselves.

4.4. Financial Liability Limitation
In the event of failure demonstrably attributable to the Service, ResetFix’s liability is limited exclusively to refunding the amount actually paid for the Software subject to the complaint.


5. Refund Policy

The User who proves, through objective evidence, will be eligible for a refund:
a) That they correctly provided all requested data;
b) That they strictly followed installation instructions;
c) That the Software failure originated from an error in ResetFix’s system.

Refunds will not be granted for User error or failure to comply with instructions.

5.1. Exception to Right of Withdrawal
Under the terms of Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code and Art. 5, III of Decree No. 7.962/2013, the right of withdrawal does not apply to Software acquisition, as it is a personalized digital product generated on demand, specific to the User’s equipment.


6. Privacy and Data Protection

The User declares to be aware that using the Service involves collecting technical information, such as printer serial number and other data necessary for Software generation.

Such data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), with the exclusive purpose of enabling Service provision. For more information, access our Privacy Policy available at resetfix.com.


7. Jurisdiction

To resolve any disputes arising from this contract, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the Iguatama/MG District, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.


8. Trademarks and Third-Party Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos and trade names mentioned on the ResetFix.com platform are the property of their respective owners.

The use of these trademarks is merely descriptive and informative, with the sole purpose of allowing the User to correctly identify equipment compatible with the offered Service. ResetFix has no connection, partnership, authorization or affiliation with the mentioned manufacturers.

The use of trademarks occurs under the terms permitted by Brazilian legislation, especially based on Art. 132, II of Law No. 9.279/1996 (Industrial Property Law), which authorizes the citation of third-party trademarks for informational purposes and without misleading the consumer.

9. Acceptance

By completing the purchase and downloading the Software, the User declares, expressly and unequivocally, that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use.
